Return and Refund Policy

At BeBest Fashion, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 10-day return and refund policy.

Return Period
Customers may request a return or refund within 10 days of receiving the product.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and unworn
• The product must be in its original packaging
• All tags and labels must remain attached
• The item must not be damaged due to misuse

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for returns, including:

• Used or damaged products
• Items returned after the 10-day period
• Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team and provide:

• Your order number
• Reason for the return
• Photos of the product if required

Our support team will provide instructions for returning the product.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or replacement item, we will arrange an exchange depending on product availability.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.​

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
